The Hotel Of Kings

The day after Hugh was born, Nate got sick.  Nate never gets sick.  I personally think it was to get out of the tumultuous "First Night Home From The Hospital" night.  ;) (Please tell me I'm not the only one who has babies who refuse to sleep AT ALL on their first night home from the hospital)

He slept downstairs in the spare room so he wouldn't infect Hugh or I and in the morning he found this survey on the night stand.  I know it's late but I have to post it for posterity.

I just may have married the most adorable man on the plannet. (Doesn't every man dream of being called "adorable"?) Those kids are pretty cute too. ;)

Time flies

I realized as I was doing pilates with my friend, Shaylene  (shocking, I know) that I had forgotten that today was a special day aside from being Veterans Day. 4 years ago today my husband, children, and I were sealed for time and eternity in the Mount Timpanogos Temple.  I think that's something worth celebrating.  The kids are helping me prepare a special dinner and we're all watching a movie together for our aniversary.  I will remember that day forever as one of the very happiest in my life.

Photo Shoot

Nate's selling some pants (that are too big for him) on the eBay.  He asked me to shoot some pictures of him while he was wearing them...a built in model.

Homework Meltdowns

We've had 4 homework meltdowns tonight at our house.  All three of the kiddos in school have had one.  And one of them had not only one, but two.  And they have all been epic.  Are you jealous?
